American handcrafted sterling silver southwestern hair clips are handcrafted by
Navajo silversmiths using .925 sterling silver, turquoise, malachite, black
onyx, or pink mussel. The hair clip mechanism that holds the hair is made of
base metal for strength and is attached to the sterling silver barrette. Pieces
are signed but the hallmark is not always visible due to the hair clip
mechanism. All hair clips/barrettes have a standard spring type fastener
on the back for easy open and closing.
