Terms and conditions and legal disclaimers we have to post for your reference: Price guarantee, substitutions and shipping: We have tried to keep our pricing competitive and to honor prices as posted. However, with the cost of silver, gold, and turquoise fluctuating daily; prices are subject to change without notice. We guarantee that we will not bill you more than 15% of the posted price. If the increase is more than 15% we will contact you for your approval prior to shipment. We reserve the right to substitute a similar item. If you do not wish to receive a substitution please let us know in the comment section of the order form. Notice On Native American Made Products: Most of the products on our website have been designed and hand-made by Native Americans and will marked as such. We are able to provide proper registration and their census number upon request. These pieces will come with a certificate of authenticity and will be marked as Native American made on our invoice. We do have a few artists, such as myself, that regardless of bloodline, birth and heritage, are not legally allowed to call our art or jewelry Native American made. The U.S. Bureau of Tribal Affairs set forth laws and procedures that are very specific on what can be called Native American made and it makes it difficult for many true Native American artists to obtain the proper tribal enrollment identification and enrollment number. These items are not considered Native American made and will be listed as only American made. We do not import any of our jewelry. We are required by law to provide this disclaimer: If you do not receive a certificate of authenticity or if it is not stated it is Native American made on the invoice, the seller does not warrant or represent that any particular item which is sold or offered for sale herein is an authentic Indian art or craft as defined by the laws of the State of Arizona or New Mexico, the laws of the United States, or the laws of any other jurisdiction. Click here for more information about buying Native American made: http://southwestaffinity.com/indian-made.htm It is your sole responsibility, as the buyer, to know your local city, state, and national laws regarding shipments of items such as: Animal Claws, feathers, bones, hand made artifacts, and other related products. Contact your local officials about such laws prior to purchasing these items. Southwest Affinity cannot and will not be held responsible for any items that are taken by customs officials or quarantine agencies. If you are not sure who to contact we will try to assist you with that.
