Since we are an International business, we get calls all hours of the day.  It has become increasingly harder to help everyone individually on the phone.  We are happy to answer all questions, and enjoy assisting our customers, however, we ask that you contact us by email if it is at all possible.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Because we are a Mom and Pop business and self-employed, we do take advantage of the freedom that running an Internet business allows. Therefore, we do not have set hours.  Next to family -- our customers, and getting their orders out, is our priority, so if you contact us and we are not available, don't worry, we are around and are diligently working to get your orders out.  Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
